Sometimes you peter out in the midst of a big project.
The customer built their own fountain, but petered out with the seating area.
We built the flagstone patio for a restful, smooth and safe, seating area.

When you purchase a house with old, overgrown shrubs it may be time to start over!
We do our best to save the best, and go from there.
Planting some annual flowers help to renew the garden beds each season.

A 'labyrinth' is a puzzle, a maze. Often used as a prayer or meditation walking path.
Sometimes it has low or high hedges along the pathways. This labyrinth is a flat stone
configuration, the outline of a bird on the ground plane.
BEFORE
This project needed the existing plants removed - old and overgrown.
In addition, the north exposure was most important to recognize - shade.
Only 'shade' plantings would thrive.
AFTER
There was also a surprise - concrete under the existing garden!
The solution - add a soil 'berm' to plant on, giving the new plants
plenty of room for root growth.
There's always a solution!
I just had a landscape design and new fence put up at my Irving residence by the Landscape Artist crew, and I could not be more pleased with their work and the result.
The owner, Lynne Carpenter, was an artist before she went into landscaping, and when she decided to go into landscape design, went to school for it and got degrees in related fields. This expertise and eye for beauty was reflected in her knowledge and recommendations for the design of my project.

We wanted more than minimal builder landscape. We hired Landscape Artist after completing a newly built home on a golf course corner lot in an established neighborhood. The landscape installed by our builder was minimal and not surviving the north Texas hot weather very well.

So glad we chose Landscape Artist! Look no further! Landscape Artist and their dedicated crew just finished a complete make-over for our home in Hackberry Creek, and we could not have been more pleased with the overall process and the end results. I reached out to them from a referral after having been disappointed with other designers who over-promised and did not deliver. Working with Landscape Artist was such a pleasant experience.

Lynne is the best Landscape Artist!!
Not only were her designs great she listened to what I wanted and the look I wanted to achieve. She designed my front and backyards, and then installed the designs. I would highly recommend Landscape Artist Design

I’ve used Landscape Artist Design for 6-7 years. Lynne always helps me select plants and landscaping suitable to the HOA requirements and in keeping with the neighboring landscapes.
